Explosive
Enterprise—Foaled May 8, 1992, has served as
Henderson Quarter Horses foundation stallion.
Explosive Enterprise is a great grandson of American Quarter
Horse legends Poco
Bueno and King. You will note that both Poco Bueno and King
appear on his registration papers. All of his foals are proving
themselves outstanding athletes in roping and barrel racing.
His oldest daughter, Chances R Explosive, a gray mare foaled
in May of 2000, is currently completing her advanced training
in Calf Roping with world champion roper J. J. Rydberg of
Wyle, Colorado. She will enter her first season of professional
competition
in 2005. Chances R Explosive completed a year and a half
of Barrel Racing training under the hand of world champion
barrel
racer Marlene McRae. Behind this mare, Explosive Pistollero,
a bay stallion, and Explosive Doc James, a buckskin stallion,
both foaled in July of 2001, have completed their basic saddle
training and will begin Calf Roping training in 2005 with
J. J. Rydberg. In the coming few years we expect to see a significant
demand for horses bred to Explosive Enterprise as his oldest
offspring enter the competitive arenas in roping and barrel
racing. All Explosive Enterprise foals show intelligence
and
an eagerness to please, as well as very gentle natures. His
foals have outstanding speed and quickness, and excellent
balance and agility. Not only does he produce outstanding roping
and
barrel prospects, but because of the athleticism and beautiful
conformation that offspring acquire from him, they show great
promise in Versatility Ranch Horse events, and in Cutting
and Reining competition, as well as in Western and English
riding. Breeding fee $2,000.00. He is an AQHA Incentive Fund
Stallion.
