Explosive Doc James—Buckskin stallion foaled July 25, 2001 is by gray stallion Explosive Enterprise, double bred Poco Bueno and King, and buckskin mare Be My Jesse by Prescriptionized by Doc’s Prescription on her top and Jesse James on her bottom. “Doc,” as he is affectionately known, is a horse built and bred for roping and running. He is also a people oriented horse who loves to please, and thrives on praise. He rides with such a soft mouth that it seems that he reads the rider’s mind. He stands just 14.2 hands high with a chest and rear end to die for. For a calf roper, Doc is the ideal. Like his brother, Pistollero, Explosive Doc James will go to J. J.
